Run example for Fig.5B, run "MotorProtein_stepping.m"
"Motorstepping_Gillespie.m" is for Gillespie stochastic algorithm with parrellel for loop
"MotorLoad.m" is the function for updating load on each motor with position of motors and cargo
"MotorRate.m" is the function for updating reaction rates of attached motors based on load
"CargoPos.m" is the function to update the cargo position after motor reaction
"PlotFPS.m" is the function to re-calculate the average cargo position based on resolution of tracking experiment, 
and then plot histogram of instantaneous velocities
